What’s free and what’s Pro?

If you already have more than 10 people, none of them is ever locked; you just can’t add more without Pro.

Which plans are there?

Yearly, with a free trial, Monthly, and Lifetime, a single payment with no subscription. Prices are shown in your currency on the Wajed Pro screen before you pay.

How do I restore Wajed Pro on a new iPhone?

Sign in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
Go to Settings and tap Restore on the Wajed Pro card.

Restoring a journal from iCloud Backup checks your purchase automatically.

How do I cancel?

Open the iPhone Settings app and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then Wajed.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also get there from Wajed: Settings, then Manage on the Wajed Pro card. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least a day before it ends.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Wajed before version 2.0. Do I keep it?

Yes. Subscriptions and lifetime purchases from Wajed 1.x keep everything they unlocked, and all of Pro. See Updating from Wajed 1.x.
