What Wajed is

Wajed is a private relationship journal designed to help you remember people, moments, and follow-ups. Wajed is not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the information you add to Wajed.
• You should only import contacts or store information you have the right to keep.
• You are responsible for securing your device and any local backups you create.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription such as Wajed Pro. Pricing, billing period, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Wajed.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the store account used for purchase.
• Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies.

Availability and changes

Wajed may evolve over time. Features may change, improve, or be removed. We may also update these terms when the product changes.

No warranty

Wajed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wajed and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.
